Claiming is an easy process. Simply call us at 0871 230 1442 or fill out the claims form by clicking here. Q. Do i get 100% of my compensation?
We have no hidden fees so if your claim is successful, we charge a small administration fee of £250 only if you win. If your claim is unsuccessful, you don't pay us anything. However if you decided to withdraw from the claim a fee of £150 will be applicable Q. Can I claim at any time?
If you've had an accident within the last 3 years then yes, you can claim at any time. If your accident occured longer than 3 years ago then you must adhere to one of these exceptions:
If you were under 18 when the accident happened - in this case the 3 years only starts to run from when you are 18. At the time of the accident you did not know you had been injured or that your injury was caused by an accident, illness or disease but you find out later. Even if this is years later, the three years may start to run from when you found out. After receiving your enquiry we will be able to tell you more. You should try and seek legal advice as soon as possible after the accident. Most cases are settled within a few months. If your injury is going to give you problems in the future or it cannot be put right then you are likely to receive more in compensation than if your injury improves very quickly. Q. What if I lose?
If you lose the claim for compensation you don't pay us anything. It's as simple as that! Q. What can i claim for?
